Fernando Gallardo & Co. is an accounting firm that provides accounting, bookkeeping, tax filing and compliance, payroll, and other management consulting services to small and medium-size companies. It is a general professional partnership of Certified Public Accountants established in 2014 and duly registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Registration Number PP201412949 dated July 4, 2014 and with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) under VAT Registration and Taxpayer Identification No. 008-812-863-000.

Fernando Gallardo & Co. has an affiliated law firm, RS Gallardo Law Office, which was also formed as a general professional partnership in December 2009. The law firm is managed by Atty. Raymund S. Gallardo, CPA (Managing Partner) and Atty. Ryan Joseph L. Conde, CPA (Partner).

Ms. Fernando has 40 years of experience on accounting, audit, finance, tax and management consulting services, gained mainly from her long stint with Isla Lipana & Co./PwC Philippines, from which she formally retired in 2013. Prior to her retirement, she was a Tax Partner, and Partner in Charge of Finance, Risk Management, Independence, Technology and Office Services of the said company.

Atty. Gallardo has more than 35 years of experience in the field of taxation, corporate law, accounting and its allied fields, and is concurrently the Managing Partner of RS Gallardo Law Office. He was as a ranking officer of the Bureau of Internal Revenue when he left after 20 years of service, and was a Tax Partner at two of the leading tax and auditing firms in the Philippines prior to the formation of RS Gallardo Law Office.
